We all know the restless question: What if…?
It creeps in when the future feels uncertain and our hearts start to worry. When we look back on things we did or choices we made that didn’t work out, and wonder, “what if…?” But what if those very questions could be turned around—transformed from fear into faith, from anxiety into hope?

What If?
Our minds are often filled with anxious thoughts. What if I fail? What if I’m not enough? What if tomorrow brings more than I can handle?
These questions swirl like storm clouds. They steal our peace before the day has even begun.
But what if we turn the question around?
What if the best is yet to come? What if today holds joy I cannot see yet? What if God is already in my tomorrow, preparing the way?
Then the same “what if” that once bred fear becomes an open door to hope. Worry imagines the worst, but faith dares to imagine the goodness of God unfolding before us.
I’ve asked the fearful kind of “what ifs” more times than I can count. But I’ve learned (still learning), to answer my “what ifs” with trust:
What if God’s promises hold me together? What if His love is more than enough?
The future is uncertain. But we are not alone.
And that changes everything.
May Jesus keep us close.
